Thankfully, I was vigilant in monitoring my statement, but this oversight could lead to unnecessary complications for other guests who may not be as diligent. While the hotel’s offerings are commendable, paying attention to billing accuracy is crucial in enhancing the overall guest experience, especially for those traveling for business.
