Staying at our Denver hotel had the potential to be a delightful retreat for business travelers, given its lovely aesthetics and comfortable atmosphere. The modern design and elegant decor create an inviting environment that is essential for those looking to unwind after a long day of meetings or conferences. Its prime location also proves advantageous, positioning guests within proximity of downtown's vibrant business district, ensuring easy access to corporate hubs, dining options, and local attractions.

However, the experience was marred by significant inconveniences that became a distraction from the primary purpose of our trip. The fireplace, garbage disposal, stove, and oven were all inoperable, which severely limited our ability to enjoy home-cooked meals and entertain family while staying in the property. This unfortunate situation forced us to rely on dining out for every meal, racking up additional expenses that were not budgeted for. While a partial refund was offered, it fell significantly short of what we hoped for, given the disruptions faced during our stay.
